FIRST COURSE Choice of: She-Crab Soup, Simple Green Salad, Caesar Salad

SECOND COURSE Choice of: 8 oz. Filet Mignon* or Blackened Wild Scottish Salmon* with chimichurri sauce. Either entrée served with creamed corn and sweet & sour collard greens

THIRD COURSE Whiskey bread pudding with sweet bread, sun-dried cherries, pecans, and hard whiskey sauce
